Returns Policy

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and name and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return the item/s.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind about a purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, and any original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged Items or Warranty Claims

All items are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.
If your item arrives damaged or has a fault, please contact us.

  • Include clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
  • We’ll assess the issue promptly and arrange a suitable resolution in line with ACCC policies.
  • We may ask that you return the damaged item to us. If this is the case, we will provide a prepaid return label for you to attach to the package and take to the post office. When returning an item please ensure it is packaged well to prevent further damage.

Address Changes & Non-Collection of Orders

Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.

  • If incorrect details are provided and the item is returned to us, a Return to Sender fee will apply.
  • If you would like the item resent, an additional reshipping fee will also apply.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping details.

Toys and Gifts is not responsible for address errors made by the buyer.
If your parcel is not collected and is returned to us, a Return to Sender fee will be deducted from your refund.
