Returns Policy
If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number, name, and details about the product you would like to return.
We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return the item.
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind about a purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, and any original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Faulty or Damaged Items
All items are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Include clear photos of the item(s) and packaging.
- We will assess the issue promptly and provide a suitable resolution under the Australian Consumer Law. For items reported within 30 days, this generally means a replacement or refund.
- If a return is required for a faulty or damaged item, we will provide a prepaid return label so you can send the item back at no cost to you.
- If a defect appears after 30 days, please still contact us. Consumer guarantees apply for a reasonable period, and depending on the circumstances, this may include a repair, replacement, refund, or other appropriate remedy.
Refund Time Frames
Refunds are typically processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned item, to allow time for our team to assess the product. If there are any issues or questions regarding your return, we will contact you promptly.
Address Changes & Non-Collection of Orders
Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.
- If incorrect details are provided and the item is returned to us, a Return to Sender fee will apply.
- If you would like the item resent, an additional reshipping fee will also apply.
- Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes to the shipping details.
Toys and Gifts is not responsible for address errors made by the buyer. If your parcel is not collected and is returned to us, a Return to Sender fee will be deducted from your refund.
The Australian Consumer Law sets out consumer rights called consumer guarantees. These include your rights to a repair, replacement or refund, as well as compensation for damages and loss.
