Shipping Information

All orders from Toys and Gifts are dispatched within 1 business day of your order being received. Orders are shipped from Port Macquarie, NSW using Australia Post and other trusted national couriers, depending on the destination and parcel size.

Stock Availability

Everything we sell that is shown as “in stock” is physically held at our Port Macquarie location. We do not use dropshipping or third-party fulfilment.

The only exception is pre-order items, which are not yet physically in stock. These items are still shipped directly by us once they arrive, and their expected dispatch dates are clearly marked on the product page.

Estimated Shipping Times

Please allow the following timeframes for delivery from the date of dispatch:

  • NSW, VIC, TAS, ACT, SA, Brisbane & surrounding suburbs:
    Approximately 2–7 business days

  • WA, NT, Central & Northern QLD:
    Approximately 6–10 business days

  • SA – Flat Rate $12.50 – Free for orders of $270 and over.
  • TAS – Flat Rate $14.25 – Free for orders of $295 and over.
  • WA – Flat Rate $14.95 (no free shipping option)
  • NT – Flat Rate $14.95 (no free shipping option)
